    A sauce like our mothers'. So we, my partner Michele Forgione and I, created 4 first flavors. Prepared in Quebec with Italian tomatoes from the Striano region, our sauces quickly won the hearts of Quebecers.

    We then wanted to extend our knowledge and beliefs to other products. Other sauces have emerged as well as pasta, frozen pizza, sausage, meatballs and more. But always imagined with the same attention to detail and the choice of simple and real ingredients.
