It all started on a family farm in Carberry, Manitoba with two brothers, Derek and Earl McLaren. In 2013, they launched their clinical trial conducted by the University of Manitoba at St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg. MSPrebiotic was shown to improve digestive function and promote the growth of beneficial bifidobacteria in the gut microbiome. Seeing that the clinical trial was successful with positive results, in 2014, MSPrebiotic was launched into the natural health industry and is available in stores across Canada.
