  • The sweet vinaigrette of Madame Desève!

Far from her neighbor's post, she chose the best sugar maples in Quebec to plant her torch.

Beware of me! I am a real two-sided face with my sweet and salty side. No kidding, I'm reinventing maple ham with my woody and peppery side. Your next salmon will thank you for introducing us! Definitely I love my boyfriend, the pineapple.

Made in Quebec | 250 mL.

  • Canola oil, vinegar, maple syrup, dune pepper.

  • WHAT DOES LÖKKÖ MEAN?

This is a nod to the company's primary mission: to position itself as a processor of local products (Lökkö).

Our priority: support artisans using only Quebec products.

    FROM DISTRIBUTORS TO PRODUCERS

Nothing destined us - Pierre-Marc Doucet, bachelor in urban planning, and Odile Gagnon, sales consultant for a producer at the Marché du Vieux-Port in Quebec - for agrifood processing. Yet our story took shape in 2013.

We travel the roads of Quebec under the PM-O-Terroirs et distinction banner, a name taken from our initials as well as our love for local artisans and products.

Since 2013, we have been distributing artisanal products from Quebec's terroir to merchants in many regions. We listened to each one, observed the displays, and then over time and at the request of customers, an idea took shape.

ODILE'S "PIF" AND PIERRE-MARC'S PERSONAL TOUCH

Lökkö was born in 2016 following the magic of the first three salad dressings with unique flavors concocted by Odile. An important reflection was called for, since each ingredient - cedar, kombu, apple, squash and even Labrador tea, grown in Quebec - had to be local!

And again, you had to give character to your salads by adding a touch of humor that resembles us, a personality to each of the vinaigrettes. It was about our very personal way of taking part in your tables and giving rise to discussions around a good unifying and festive meal.
