IT ALL STARTED WITH THE IDEA OF OFFERING A REAL ITALIAN TOMATO SAUCE IN THE GROCERY STORE. AUTHENTIC, SIMPLE AND GOOD.
A sauce like our mothers used to make. So my partner Michele Forgione and I created the first 4 flavors. Prepared in Quebec with Italian tomatoes from the Striano region, our sauces quickly won the hearts of Quebecers.
We then wanted to extend our knowledge and our convictions to other products. Other sauces were born as well as pastas, frozen pizzas, sausages, meatballs and much more. But always imagined with the same attention to detail and the choice of simple and real ingredients.
