This jelly is the result of a carefully crafted infusion of La Vallée du Moulin's organic maple syrup, which harmoniously blends the incomparable flavor of maple with that of balsam myrtle, also known as boreal nutmeg or bois-sent-bon. Its delicate sapiné and woody notes provide comfort during the winter months, while refreshing pleasantly on summer days.
Our maple jellies are made from organic and plant-based ingredients, but our products are not certified organic.

A family business located in Melbourne in the Eastern Townships, we are Quebec's leading greenhouse producer of organic figs. We also produce organic maple syrup and honey, and have a micro-hydroelectric plant on site to power our operations. Since 2023, we've been welcoming visitors to our valley to learn about the history of our company and facilities, and to introduce them to fig growing in Quebec's greenhouses.
