Sriracha sauce originally comes from Thailand, from the town of Si Racha, not far from Bangkok, hence its name. This Montreal version combines miso and maple syrup to make a little umami bomb.

Under the direction of Rafaël Martinez (chef-owner) and Rami Chahwan (co-owner), we make it a point of honour to offer lovingly prepared products, and we pay particular attention to our customers. The name "Mi Corazon" says it all!
Environmental values are also very important at Mi Corazon. Our range of vegan foods is made from carefully selected local ingredients wherever possible. Every week, we prepare the food freshly and package it in glass jars that can be reused by the consumer.
