All orders placed before Thursday noon are shipped the following Tuesday. All orders placed before noon on Monday are shipped the following Thursday.

All fresh products are shipped directly from suppliers Simplitude is not responsible for the shipping and delivery of fresh products. However, if you have any problems with the delivery of a fresh product, Simplitude is here to help.

Please note that we need to pass on your information and contact details to the supplier in question so that they can make the delivery. No payment details will be passed on.
Can I choose my meals?
Unfortunately not. The boxes are predefined, and you cannot change the meals that are included. However, we do offer two boxes with different meals: the protein box and the vegetarian box.

What's the difference between buying from Simplitude and Isabelle Huot?
At Isabelle Huot, you can choose your meals. At Simplitude, on the other hand, you get a 5% discount + free delivery when you take out our subscription(one-month free trial). What's more, the subscription gives you access to reduced prices on all our 1500+ Canadian products, which are good for the planet and good for people.

What is the Simplitude membership? Why become a member?
The Simplitude membership gives you access to all our 1500+ Canadian products that are good for the planet at up to 50% less cost. You also get free delivery on orders of 80$ or more, as well as gifts with your orders.

If I have allergies or food preferences, can I change meals?
Unfortunately not. The boxes are predefined, and you can't change the meals that are included. However, we do offer two boxes with different meals: the protein box and the vegetarian box. If you have a food allergy, you can always offer the meals concerned to someone else, or go to Isabelle Huot to build a box that suits you.

Do the boxes recur every month?
No, you only buy one box. If you'd like to come back to our website to recommend a box at a later date, you're welcome to do so! You can also order several boxes at once: the meals can be stored in the freezer and don't take up much space!

Are the meals suitable if I'm on a special diet?
Unfortunately, we can't answer this question. We are neither nutritionists nor qualified to give you advice. However, we'd be happy to send you the list of ingredients!

Are the meals frozen?
Yes, you receive them frozen, and you can put them straight into your freezer!
