Made from freshly picked garlic flowers, washed and finely chopped to extract all their nutrients and precious aromas. They are then macerated for 60 days in organic cider vinegar. The cider vinegar then gains in healthy taste qualities. Use it in your favorite vinaigrettes or marinades.
