Florence-Léa Siry's discovery of the cake dish came while she was on a lecture tour of Europe. As she walked through the door of a zero-waste grocery store in Neuchâtel (Switzerland), she had no idea that her life was about to change - no less! Inspired by zero-waste products made in Europe and South America, she decided to create an eco-friendly, high-performance range.
Since their launch in November 2017, Cake Dishes has only grown in popularity. With her products initially manufactured and distributed by an artisan soap factory, Florence-Léa Siry decided to take over distribution at the beginning of 2020. The eco-entrepreneur's ambition is to bring her products to all Canadians! The Flonette brand was born!
