Founded in 2014 by Sandra Nadeau, Mille et Une Noix creates with care and passion smooth butters and exquisite blends that enhance the splendor of the world's finest nuts.

Peanut, almond and hazelnut butters, choco-hazelnut spread and Amlou are just some of the delights that Mille et Une Noix makes semi-artisanally in its Sherbrooke premises.

All the butters in its classic range, several of which are certified organic by Ecocert, contain just one ingredient: nuts. With no palm oil, artificial sugar or salt, its gourmet blends are also made from simple, natural ingredients.

To ensure the quality of the finished product, Sandra, involved at every level of production, carefully selects her suppliers.
