Épurée is a smooth, creamy vegetable purée worthy of gourmet meals. As smooth as a thermomix. Basically, it's sold as a side dish, but you can make soups with it by adding a vegetable or poultry broth with a pinch of salt, in a hamburger or sandwich, on a pizza, to accompany blood sausage, a plate of cold meats or a purée in a risotto, pasta or salad. The possibilities are endless.

It's a non-GMO, gluten-free accompaniment that contains no preservatives or artificial flavors. Only good vegetables! 4 ingredients on average.
