IPA: Loaded with hops, this floral west coast style IPA offers notes of tropical fruit and citrus. Its sustained and balanced bitterness allows for a crisp finish that will have you coming back for more. Malts: Pale Cara. 65 calories. Hops: Citra, Simcoe, Cascade. IBU: 42.

Organic Session IPA: Galaxy Hops are known for their exceptionally bright and tropical flavours and that’s exactly what you’ll get with our Organic Session IPA. An intense aromatic profile with a moderately bitter finish. Malts: Pale, Crystal, Cara. 80 calories. Hops: Galaxy. IBU: 30.

Blond Ale: Sometimes you just want to kick back, relax and enjoy an easy drinking beer with a little edge. With accents of malt and a light hop finish, our golden ale is crisp and refreshing. Cheers! Malts: 2 Row, Cara. 60 calories. Hops: Hallertau Tradition, Saaz. IBU: 20.

Belgian white: This flavourful belgian style white offers balanced aromas of orange, coriander, and wheat. Its rich and hazy body will surely please beer lovers. Malts: Toasted Wheats, Oat Flakes, Cara. 55 calories. Hops: Hallertau Mittlefruh. IBU: 8.

Irish red: Brewed in the irish style with windsor yeast, you’ll notice the malt focused aromas of this medium bodied ale. The roasted barley translated into subtle notes of coffee and caramel. Malts: Roasted barley, crystal, dark, pale. 60 calories. Hops: East kent golding, fuggle. IBU: 24.

Sober Carpenter is a non-alcoholic craft beer brewery created by two brothers. Passionate about beer for many years, they began trying their hand at craft brewing in their parents’ basement: experimenting with recipes and perfecting their style.Years later, after having brewed (and tasted!) a wide range of beers, their passion remained though their lifestyle had changed.After starting their own families, they wanted to keep their social life active while reducing their alcohol consumption. It was only natural when they turned to non-alcoholic beer.

Unfortunately, after several searches they realized that the current offerings were very limited and not to the standards they expected in taste and mouthfeel after years of consuming craft beers.That’s when they decided to create Sober Carpenter, with a range of non alcoholic beers so good that you won’t have to compromise on taste if you also want a healthier lifestyle. So good that you’ll forget it’s non-alcoholic.
