This personal lubricant can be used to help insert tampons. This product is compatible with 100% organic cotton tampons with low density polyethylene (LDPE) applicators. For use with tampons, dip the clean tip of the applicator into the lubricant bottle, and then remove it. Do not dip the same tampon into the bottle more than once.
