We've set ourselves the challenge of making maple syrup available year-round to everyone, not just at sugaring-off time.

Our family
L'Érable au Fil du Temps is the result of a collaboration between two young entrepreneurs who decided, in 2009, to buy an abandoned farm and build their own maple syrup operation. The main objective was to give their children the experience of life on a farm.

We, Jessica Boudreau-Laroche, Mathieu Cantin and our four children, have taken each step one by one, and we're passionate about what we do. Our mission is to promote our national emblem: the maple tree, all year round!

L'Érable au Fil du Temps has been a well-established business for 13 years now. Today, we're surrounded by a dynamic team of maple industry innovators.
