The Simplitude concept
Did you know that the majority of Canadians find that responsible products are often too expensive and difficult to find in one place?
It is based on these observations that we created Simplitude: a transactional website offering a wide range of responsible products for Canadian families at unbeatable prices, all year round.
We want to facilitate access to responsible consumption, making it accessible in terms of price and choice. It's also important to us that companies increase their profits, which is why we don't take any commission on their sales. Of course, there are a few small fees to keep Simplitude alive, but nothing compared to what middlemen usually charge.
But how? Through our subscription. And yes, that's how we make our money.
Our mission is to enable everyone to move towards responsible consumption without compromise.
By cutting our margins in order to offer you competitive prices, we are ensuring that a range of positive impact products are now accessible and found in the homes of thousands of Canadians.
With Simplitude, it's now possible to save money and ensure a healthy future for your children from the comfort of your own home!
All products on our online marketplace have been carefully selected to ensure a positive impact on the environment and/or your health.
Each product must meet at least these 3 points :
1. Canadian company
2. Production made in Canada (outside if local expertise is absent)
3. The product must convey at least one of these values:
- Vegan
- Biological composition
- Natural composition
- Zero waste
- Recycled materials
- Fair trade.
We also rely on labels, certifications, standards implemented by companies and the level of commitment of the latter in achieving our common mission.
At Simplitude, you can shop with your eyes closed, all products ensure safety and well-being!
For us, it is important that everyone wins, whether it is the consumer or the supplier.
If we can offer you competitive prices, it's because Simplitude does not take any commission on product sales and our suppliers are generous.
We can do this by eliminating middlemen and working directly with suppliers. In fact, we're creating a community where everyone has the same goal: to integrate responsible consumption into the homes of all Canadians without compromise!
Yes, yes, and yes! We're just getting started. Several other product categories will soon be added, and... We'll also be adding companies from other Canadian provinces.
Not at all! We display our suppliers' suggested retail prices for all products. Discounts are then based on agreements we have with our suppliers, and they agree to permanently display their products at a discount because Simplitude cuts into its distributor profit margin.
Yes, for the Montreal area, parts of the South Shore, and the North Shore, delivery is made by cargo bikes, or electric trucks and cars. We haven't yet found alternatives for the rest of Quebec and Canada, but we are actively looking!
We pay to offset the emissions caused by producing the product, packaging it, shipping it to us, and then to you, through a donation to an organization fighting climate change.

This change allows us to continue to offer fair prices, support local brands, and ensure a sustainable operating margin for our small team.

It's very simple: if you haven't made your subscription profitable after 12 months, we'll refund it, minus your savings.
For example: You purchased the subscription for $96. You made purchases and your savings amount to $40. So we refund you: $96-$40, or $56.
To obtain a refund for the subscription, you must request it 12 months after purchase .
To process your refund, please email us at info@simplitude.ca and we will process your request as soon as possible. It may take up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your statement.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
You have two options:

Please note that renewal is annual. If you do not want it to renew automatically, be sure to cancel before the renewal date.
Yes, we automatically renew your subscription every period.

Please note that if you received a promo code for the subscription, it applies to the first payment only.
The subscription gives access to free delivery on purchases of $89 or more.

Not at all! You buy whenever you want. The subscription is simply to save you money when you decide to place an order.
At Simplitude, we are committed to offering our members the best natural, eco-friendly products at competitive prices. We understand the importance of ensuring our members receive exceptional value for their money, which is why we have implemented our Best Price Guarantee.
How does it work?
If you find a product sold on simplitude.ca at a lower price on a competing Canadian site, we will match our price provided the following criteria are met:
Eligibility criteria:
Identical product: The product must be strictly identical (same brand, model, size, color, etc.).
Conditions of Sale: The product must be new, in stock and sold by an officially recognized Canadian online retailer, excluding second-hand sales platforms, auctions, or unauthorized resellers.
Request Date: The Best Price Guarantee request must be submitted before purchasing the product on Simplitude.ca.
Shipping Charges: If the competing price includes a shipping charge, we will consider the total cost (product + shipping) to determine the lowest price.
Member-only pricing: Only member pricing is subject to this policy. It is therefore reserved for Simplitude members only.
We do not take into account sales taxes.
How to make a complaint?
Email info@simplitude.ca with the following information:
– Your first and last name
– The link to the competing offer or the photo of the flyer proving that the product is available at a lower price.
– Details regarding the price (before taxes and delivery charges if applicable).
We will verify the offer and respond to you within 48 business hours.
Exceptions to the Best Price Guarantee policy:
Special or promotional offers such as clearance sales, limited-time events (such as Black Friday), gift card discounts, and offers reserved for members of loyalty programs not available to the public.
Products that are out of stock or sold in limited quantities. Products sold by subscription.

Seasonal Discovery Box
The seasonal box contains only local AND responsible products, in line with the season we are in. It is therefore a different box each season! We want to surprise you with the products that will be in our boxes, so you will not know everything it contains but clues are shared on our social networks. You will receive 6 to 8 products, namely:
- 2 to 4 food products (all vegetarian)
- 2 skincare and beauty products (all vegetarian)
- 1 to 2 household product(s)
- 1 to 2 useful products for the home
You will also receive 3 to 5 product samples and delivery is free throughout Quebec and Ontario.
As a general rule, it is not possible to modify the contents of the box. However, if you are vegan or have any dietary restrictions/allergies, simply let us know and we will do our best to adapt the contents of the box.
Please know that we try to select products that will appeal to as many people as possible.
Since the box contains various products and some are not eligible for returns, we do not accept returns for seasonal boxes.

Although you cannot choose what is in the box, we carefully select a variety of useful products to avoid waste and, on the contrary, to allow you to discover new local and responsible products, which could then become part of your daily life. This box's mission is to convince people to integrate responsible consumption into their lives easily, without risk and without effort.
Most of the products in the seasonal boxes are available at Simplitude.
