Simplitude ships everywhere in Canada.

Quebec and Ontario:

Free for orders over 125$ (excluding taxes).

FREE for all orders over 80$ (excluding taxes).

Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan:

Shipping fees are calculated when you checkout.

20$* for all orders over 100$ (excluding taxes).

Other Canadian provinces
Shipping fees are calculated when you checkout.

Once your order has gone through, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. With this number, you’ll be able to track your order until it arrives.

*Remote areas with a 0 in the first three postal code digits: shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Skip the shipping fees if you pick your order up at our warehouse

If you would like to pick your oder up at our warehouse (at no extra cost), select that option when you’re prompted to choose a shipping method during checkout. Our warehouse is located at 390 rue Legendre Est, Montréal (QC) H2M 1E9. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to set an appointment for pickup. No pickups are allowed without an appointment.


Simplitude is all about sustainable and eco-friendly living. Since shipping can be a real polluter, we pay to compensate for carbon emission on all orders! Note that we use clean energy shipping options for the greater Montreal region as well as the south shore.

An important note about fresh food products

All fresh products are shipped directly from our suppliers. Simplitude isn’t responsible for the shipping and delivery of these products. However, if you have problems with the shipping of a fresh product, Simplitude is here to help. Contact us at

Returns & refunds

You have 15 days

Simplitude offers the possibility of returning an article at your own expense 15 days after you receive your package. Please take note of these restrictions:

  • Products that have been worn, washed and/or modified cannot be returned.
  • Products have to be sealed and in resell condition.
  • All tags must still be attached and the product has to be returned in its original packaging.
  • Products should never be returned directly to the suppliers.

What can't be returned or refunded

Some types of products cannot be returned:

  • Food and perishable merchandise.
  • Intimate or sanitary products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Greetings cards and illustrations.
  • Beauty and personal care products.
  • Memberships.

For a refund request

To request a refund, you must contact us at We will then be able to confirm if your request is accepted, and send you an email with the steps to follow to return your items.


We can replace an item if it’s defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your item for the same undamaged item, send us an email at

If your request is approved, we will refund the return fees and pay for the shipping of the new item.
