This pancake mix is a quick and easy way to make a breakfast or snack that the whole family will enjoy. This versatile gluten-free alternative can be used to make thin, thicker pancakes and even waffles!
Preparation method (4-6 pancakes):
What you need:
1 egg or egg substitute (mix 1 tbsp flax seeds and 3 tbsp water, stir until gelatinous)
1 cup milk or milk substitute (soy, rice, almond or hemp)
1 cup GoGo Quinoa pancake mix
Optional: 1/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Chef's tip: Add your favorite fruits or chocolate chips to the dry mixture.
1. In a small bowl, combine the egg (or flax seed mixture) with the milk and vanilla. Gradually stir liquid mixture into dry pancake mix. Let the mixture sit for three minutes.
2. Heat the pan over medium-high heat. When the pan is hot, reduce heat to medium and add coconut oil or butter to the pan.
3. Pour pancake mix into hot pan (about 1/2 cup), flip pancake when bubbles start to appear and edges start to brown.Made in Quebec | 500g. | Product without taxes
