Our chipotle maple hot sauce is the love story between maple syrup from a micro artisanal production of the family maple grove in Saint Raymond de Portneuf and chipotle pepper smoked for several days in the heights of Oaxaca, Mexico, as the Aztecs once did.

Apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, dried hot pepper (chipotle, ancho, guajillo), fermented hot pepper (hot pepper, water, sea salt), black garlic, sea salt, onion powder, cumin, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, ginger powder.

Environmental values are also very important at Mi Corazon. Our range of vegan foods is made from carefully selected local ingredients wherever possible. Every week, we prepare the food freshly and package it in glass jars that can be reused by the consumer.
