
5 tips to strengthen your immune system
Every change of season has its share of challenges... and fall is no exception, even though it's a favorite season for many people (including Audrey!)
Here are 5 tips to strengthen your immune system and no longer be the target of nasty little viruses:
1. Practice a sporting activity.
It improves your blood circulation and therefore allows your immune system to activate more effectively.
The important thing in physical activity is consistency and regularity, so no need to do anything intense :)
2. Prevent and stock up on vitamins and minerals !
There is no specific treatment for a weakened immune system. However, you can strengthen and support it.
3. Sleep well.

4. Eat well.
