Your first box will be for winter, and will be sent out around November 25( +/- 10 days)!

Delivery dates (approximate dates +/- 10 days) :
- Spring box: February 25
- Summer box: May 25
- Autumn box: August 25
- Winter box: November 25

Q Whetheryou're a subscriber or not, prices are the same and delivery is free for all!
Quarterly payment: You'll be charged 60$ plus taxes (each season), plus 9.99$ for delivery of a Discovery Box. You can cancel your subscription at any time or continue to enjoy it, in which case it automatically renews every quarter.
Annual payment: You'll be charged 240$ plus tax when you purchase, and you'll receive one box per season for one year (4 boxes). You don't pay any delivery charges, so you save 40$ for the same 4 boxes! The subscription is automatically renewedafter one year.
The boxes will be composed by the team and will vary with each season. You won't know what's in your box until you open it. So exciting!
Please note that if you wish to pick up your box at our offices, you can write to us once you've purchased the box, and we'll reimburse you for delivery costs.
*Our boxes are mainly vegetarian. Due to the growing popularity of the box, we unfortunately no longer offer product substitutions.
**You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time via your online account, or by writing to us via email or chat. You will have until the end of your payment cycle to take advantage. No refunds will be issued.

What will I receive if I subscribe?
7-8 products (sometimes a little more :)) + samples each season.
When will I receive my box?
The dates are specified in the "description" section. All boxes leave at the same time, every season, no matter when you order. If you want to receive the current box, it's important to order it before the deadline (specified at the box launch by e-mail and on our social networks), otherwise you'll only receive the next box at the next shipment.
Can I give the box as a gift?
Certainly, the delivery address and payment address may be different. If you don't want to commit yourself, we sometimes offer the box individually for a limited time. Alternatively, you can always offer a Simplitude gift card to be used by the container to pay for the box.
What's the value of the box?
It varies with each season, but we promise that it will always exceed the value you pay per season. To give you an idea, the Summer 2024 box is worth 140$+ and the Winter 2024 box is worth 150$+!
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, but we don't offer refunds. If you have an annual subscription, this means you'll still receive the boxes until the end of your billing cycle.
Can I make changes to my box?
Unfortunately not. But you can place a regular order up until the season's registration deadline, and the items will be added to your box shipment. Just select "pick-up on site" when placing your order.
Is the box vegan, organic, zero-waste?
We select a variety of products, but the box is almost always vegetarian, with small exceptions from time to time.
