Use :
Plant-based caviar! This is what Beluga lentils are called. Small, round, and shiny. These lentils are absolutely delicious, with a pleasant nutty flavor. They are "dry," but do not require soaking, which saves considerable time. Added to rice, these lentils will delight the taste buds.
Cooking :
Rinse and inspect lenses before use.
Bring one cup of lentils to a boil, then add two cups of water. The water can be replaced with broth.
Reduce heat, add lentils. Cook uncovered for 20-30 minutes. Add water if needed. Season to taste, adding salt only at the end. Cooking time depends on the age of the lentils.
