Our family
L'Érable au Fil du Temps is the result of a collaboration between two young entrepreneurs who decided, in 2009, to purchase an abandoned farm and build their own agricultural and maple syrup production operation. The main goal was to provide their children with the experience of life on a farm.

We; Jessica Boudreau-Laroche, Mathieu Cantin, and our four children, have taken every step one by one and are passionate about our work. Our mission is to promote our national emblem: the Maple, all year round!
