Hemp oil contains antioxidants and its consumption provides numerous health benefits. Among these, it is recognized for its properties to counteract bad cholesterol, as well as improving the functioning of the brain and nervous system.

A balanced diet includes between 28% and 38% fat per day, or a daily intake of 2,250 calories. A healthy diet ideally includes a variety of vegetable oil sources.

Use :

Hemp oil is a wonderful substitute for olive oil; its taste is more neutral. It can be used raw or for cooking. Season your vegetables, vinaigrette, pasta, fish, and meat. It pairs wonderfully with potatoes. It's the basic ingredient in a mayonnaise with an exceptional taste!

Conservation :

When the bottle has not been opened, it can be stored at room temperature, away from light, for up to 12 months. Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 3 months.
