Lavender Vanilla:Lavender essential oil is one of the most renowned for promoting sleep, possessing calming, relaxing, sedative, and soothing properties. It is at the heart of this fragrance, to which we have added a hint of vanilla to give a creamier side to the blend. A comforting mist, perfect for drifting gently into the arms of Morpheus.

Vetiver and cedar:Vetiver and Atlas Cedarwood essential oils are known to promote relaxation, calming stress, anxiety, and nervousness. This is an excellent scent to promote relaxation, thus preparing for sleep, and its powerful woody and earthy aroma creates an enchanting atmosphere.

Pillow scents can be sprayed a few times on pillows and sheets before bed.
