Made with simple and nutritious ingredients, our raspberry spread stands out with the authentic flavor of these iconic Quebec berries. In addition to raspberries, maple syrup is featured. It's the only sugar used in our spreads. For a perfect texture, no pectin is used. We use only chia seeds as a natural thickening agent, making our spread healthy and gluten-free.

Founded in 2016, Bleu & Bon is a company that harvests, processes, and markets Quebec berry products. Bleu & Bon's mission is to make Quebec berries accessible year-round through a range of healthy products, including, to date, a variety of frozen berries as well as spreads that are thickened with chia seeds and sweetened only with maple syrup.
