At Bleu & Bon, maple syrup takes center stage: it's the only sugar we use in our products. To achieve this perfect consistency, no pectin is used; we use only chia seeds as a natural thickening agent. The result? A healthy and delicious spread!

Founded in 2016, Bleu & Bon is a company that harvests, processes, and markets Quebec berry products. Bleu & Bon's mission is to make Quebec berries accessible year-round through a range of healthy products, including, to date, a variety of frozen berries as well as spreads that are thickened with chia seeds and sweetened only with maple syrup.
