Guide 101 - Which cooking oil to use?
There are so many oils on the market that we don't really know which one to buy!
Here's a quick table that summarizes the properties of each oil. Now you can choose what you want to use for your salad dressings, recipes, baking, or frying!

📌 But what is the difference between sunflower oil and high oleic sunflower oil ?
The answer is simple:
Oleic sunflower oil is also extracted from sunflower seeds, but it is obtained from specific varieties rich in oleic acid (omega-9). Therefore, it contains a higher proportion of monounsaturated fatty acids, particularly oleic acid, compared to conventional sunflower oil. Regarding its use, it's roughly the same: it is often considered a lighter and less expensive alternative to olive oil.
